We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager in Operations within the CBS - ITS - Local IT Services team based in Noida. **Your key responsibilities:** **Technical Excellence:** - Business Analyst role requiring 1-3 years of experience. - Understanding business process management and translating customer requirements into specific software needs. - Collaborating with project teams and internal stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements, and creating necessary artifacts. - Proficiency in preparing business requirements documents, defining project plans, specifying system requirements, and providing project/status reports. - Documenting and analyzing essential information and data. - Understanding technical designs and specifications. - Possessing strong technical skills, business intelligence, and the ability to comprehend customer needs for translating them into application and operational requirements. - Serving as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams. - Demonstrating strong analytical and communication skills. - Preference for candidates with experience in IT operations within the Finance domain. **Skills and Attributes:** **Qualifications:** - Education: MBA or B.Tech/B.E. in any stream with relevant Business Analysis experience. **Experience:** - Business Analyst with 1-3 years of experience. **What we look for:** We seek individuals who can collaborate effectively across various client departments while adhering to commercial and legal standards.
