Role: Enhance and automate lead generation functions and prepare monthly marketing MIS. Increase brand awareness. Key Responsibilities : Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies across various business units. Utilize tools such as Lusha, Yesware, and Octopus to identify and reach potential clients. Analyze and optimize lead generation campaigns to maximize results. Prepare monthly marketing MIS. System Setup and Management : Set up and maintain systems for efficient lead generation and management. Ensure seamless integration of lead generation tools across all divisions. Monitor and improve the performance of these systems to ensure high efficiency and productivity. Resource Sharing &Training: Coordinate the sharing of common resources like Lusha, Yesware, and Octopus among different divisions. Train team members across various business units on the effective use of these tools. Ensure optimal utilization of shared resources to avoid duplication and maximize efficiency. Transformation and Automation: Lead the transformation of lead generation functions in Kores by introducing automation and new technologies. Collaborate with business units to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions. Review and enhance existing lead generation processes to ensure they are up-to-date and efficient.
