Assistant Manager -Managment Systems

Job Title: Assistant Manager – Management Systems Location: Dadra and Nagar Haveli Key Responsibilities: Lead, organize, and manage the company’s Management Systems as per ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and other applicable standards. Act as the primary point of contact for accreditation bodies such as BSI, TUV, DNV, and ensure successful audits and certifications. Coordinate with different business units and departments to implement system requirements. Drive initiatives towards achieving zero non-conformities ; ensure effective disposition and review of corrective actions . Conduct internal audits and assessments to monitor compliance and identify improvement opportunities. Organize and deliver training programs to build awareness and competence in management systems among team members. Required Qualifications and Experience: Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering . 10–12 years of overall industrial experience, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to Management Systems in a reputed organization. In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards. Proven experience working with certification/accreditation bodies (e.g., BSI, TUV, DNV). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to influence and convince stakeholders at all levels.
