Assistant Manager - Fresher

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager in the banking industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and expansion. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness. Job Requirements Graduation or Post Graduation from any stream with a minimum of 50% marks. Candidates who have completed Graduation or Post Graduation are eligible. Regular mode of education is required, including 10th, 12th, and Graduation degrees. Good communication skills in English are essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. A graduation degree following the 10+2+3 pattern is compulsory. Candidates may have a maximum of 2 years of education gap between 10th and Graduation.
