Role & responsibilities 1. Digital Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital sales strategy for O&M offerings tailored to the power sector. 2. Lead Generation & Pipeline Development: Use digital tools, platforms, and campaigns to generate qualified leads for O&M services across Medium and Large Power Plants. 3. Client Engagement: Engage with CXO-level clients and plant heads to pitch digital-enabled O&M solutions, conduct technical discussions, and customize offerings. 4. Push Product Sales: Hands on experience and leverage deep understanding of push-based product sales, managing full sales cycle to proactively promote offerings, drive conversions, and shorten sales cycles. 5. Proposal Management: Work closely with technical and commercial teams to prepare techno-commercial proposals and presentations. 6. Market Intelligence: Analyze customer behavior, competitor activities, and industry trends to refine digital offerings and position them effectively. 7. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, operations, and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful execution. 8. CRM & Digital Tools: Manage and update CRM systems, ensure data integrity, and extract insights to guide decision-making. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in push-based product environments. Strong understanding of power plant operations, digital tools for O&M, and industrial automation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in CRM platforms, digital marketing basics, and virtual selling. Ability to work independently and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
