Assistant Manager - Digital Performance Marketing

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Assistant Manager for the Digital Performance Marketing Role, responsible for the end-to-end execution of paid media marketing initiatives. This role will focus on driving high-quality leads and customer acquisition through cost-efficient, performance-based strategies across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing:

1. Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

2. Define and track KPIs such as CPL, CAC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rate to evaluate campaign success.

3. Manage budgets and allocate spends across channels to maximize efficiency and ROI.

4. Perform A/B testing of creatives, audiences, ad copies, and landing pages to improve performance.

5. Leverage tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Looker Studio to monitor traffic, conversion behavior, and attribution.

6. Data analytics and reports management

Cross-functional Collaboration:

1. Work closely with the creative, product, tech, and sales teams to align on messaging, targeting, and user experience.

2. Coordinate with the CRM/retention team for nurturing and converting leads acquired through paid channels.

Communication Marketing

1. Knowledge of running email, sms, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns and channel optimization.

2. Analytics and reports management

Requirements:

3. Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.

4. 4-6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and management.

5. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager.

6. Deep understanding of marketing funnels, lead attribution, and conversion tracking.

7. Proficient with analytics tools like Google Analytics 4, GTM, Excel, and Looker/Data Studio

8. Optional skillset of understanding of user behavior and creation of user profile to create targeted campaigns.
