Job Description

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
Promote secured (Loan Against Property, Mortgage, Gold Loans) and unsecured products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Invoice Discounting).
Execute SEO/SEM, Google Display, retargeting, email campaigns, and influencer tie-ups.

2. Social Media Management

Plan and execute engaging campaigns across platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube.
Create loan awareness through reels, infographics, testimonials, and educational posts.
Track follower growth, engagement, and lead quality.

3. Website & Content Management

Coordinate with content and tech team to update landing pages and CTAs for loan categories.
Regularly publish blogs and video content on financial literacy and loan features.
Track conversion metrics via Google Analytics or HubSpot.

4. Branding & PR

Work on creating consistent branding across digital and print collateral.
Coordinate press releases, third-party platforms (BankBazaar, Paisabazaar, etc.), and listing sites.
Plan offline brand activations when aligned with campaigns.

5. Performance Tracking & MIS

Monitor lead funnels from digital platforms and optimize Cost per Lead (CPL).
Analyze ROI of paid campaigns and channel-specific performance.
Maintain dashboards and prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports.
