Job Description

Develop adequate procedures and processes for Cost Controls function to maintain efficient operational excellence.
Review project drawings, specifications, BOQ s and other contract documents in order to prepare an accurate & comprehensive workable budget & cost control plan.
Review project schedules in order to prepare an accurate cash flow and cash flow control plan.
Ensure communicating with projects, procurement, engineering and finance functions during the preparation of detailed budget.
