Job Description

Commission & Expense Management: Verify and coordinate CFA/Branch commissions, operational expenses, and foreign bills in compliance with internal policies. Order Fulfilment Coordination: Liaise with branches and CFAs to ensure timely receipt of orders and dispatch of Health Products. Distribution Planning: Strategically plan and oversee the distribution of Health Products to various branches and carrying & forwarding agents (CFAs). Procurement Management: Manage indenting and procurement activities for Health Products, ensuring timely replenishment and vendor coordination. Logistics Oversight: Supervise logistics operations for the movement of Health Products and Vaccines from manufacturing plants and warehouses. Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels of Health Products across locations to maintain optimal stock and reduce holding costs. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements related to product handling, distribution, and documentation. MIS & Reporting: Prepare, analyse, and maintain required Management Information System (MIS) reports to support data-driven decision-making. Required Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems. Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills. Knowledge of regulatory guidelines relevant to pharmaceutical distribution is must.
