Role Overview:Quadigy is calling for a self-driven, high-performing Assistant Manager - Sales, with specialty in corporate/enterprise/institutional sales for our location in Mumbai. This role is crafted for a standout individual who excels in selling digital marketing solutions/services in a B2B environment. As the key player in our sales department, youll forge substantial client relationships and directly contribute to the revenue growth of our agency.
Key Responsibilities:Own the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation, outreach, consultative pitching, and proposals to closing and post-sale handoff.Drive new business development through outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion.Understand client business challenges and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions (SEO, social, content, performance marketing, branding).Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, content, creative) to create compelling proposals and customized marketing solutions.Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets, reporting on pipeline health, conversion metrics, and forecast accuracy.Maintain a high-quality CRM discipline, capturing all sales activities and client interactions for performance tracking.
Who You Are:4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a digital/creative/marketing agency environment.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a solution-selling environment.Comfortable with C-level/decision-maker conversations and enterprise sales cycles.Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, branding, and web development services.Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital sales platforms (LinkedIn, Apollo, etc.).Highly autonomous, proactive, and accountableable to run with your own targets and rhythm.Excellent communication, storytelling, and persuasion skills.
