Job Description

Job Summary:

HR Assistant Manager (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage
end-to-end payroll processing
, including salary computation, deductions, bonuses, and reimbursements in coordination with the finance team.
Ensure timely payment and compliance with
statutory requirements
such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and gratuity.
Maintain accurate payroll records and generate reports for audits and MIS.
Support full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Manage employee lifecycle activities induction, confirmation, transfers, exits.
Address employee grievances and support a healthy work culture.
Coordinate performance appraisal processes and assist in career development planning.
Maintain and update HR records, files, and employee database in HRMS/HRIS.
Implement HR policies and ensure adherence across the organization.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
Assist with HR audits, compliance reporting, and internal documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
35 years of HR generalist experience with
hands-on payroll management
.
Proficient in payroll software and HRMS platforms (e.g., Keka, Saral, etc.).
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Female candidates preferred for diversity and team balance.
