Role & responsibilities *CRM Strategy*: Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and growth. *Customer Insights*: Analyse customer data to gain insights and develop targeted marketing campaigns. *Team Management*: Lead and manage a team of CRM professionals, providing guidance and coaching. *Campaign Development*: Develop and execute CRM campaigns across various channels (email, SMS, social media, etc.). *Performance Analysis*: Analyse campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future campaigns. *Collaboration*: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product. Requirements: MASTER DEGREE Is Mandatory *Experience*: 12-15 years of experience in CRM, marketing, 3-4Years in leadership role . *Skills*: - Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices. - Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Desirable Skills: 1. *Data Analysis*: Experience with data analysis and interpretation. 2. *Marketing Automation*: Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms. 3. *Customer Segmentation*: Experience with customer segmentation and targeting. 4. *Campaign Measurement*: Experience with campaign measurement and ROI analysis. Soft Skills: 1. *Strategic Thinking*: Ability to think strategically and develop effective CRM strategies. 2. *Leadership*: Strong leadership and team management skills. 3. *Communication*: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. *Analytical*: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 5. *Adaptability*: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
