Job Summary: As a Bodyshop Advisor, you will be the crucial link between customers and the service department. Your primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service by accurately assessing vehicle issues & delivering the Car on time, explaining repair options, and coordinating the service process. The Service Advisor plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, and the efficient flow of work through the service department.
