Assistant Design Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the installation and execution of modular kitchens, wardrobes, wall paneling, and other interior fit-outs.
• Coordinate with the design, production, and procurement teams for timely material flow and accurate implementation.
• Read and interpret interior layout drawings and ensure work is done as per specifications.
• Lead and manage on-site teams like carpenters, modular installers, and technicians.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure design accuracy, finishing quality, and project timelines are maintained.
• Address and resolve any technical or site issues in coordination with the design/technical team.
• Communicate with clients regarding progress updates, approvals, and any clarifications.
• Ensure the site is clean, safe, and professionally maintained throughout the project cycle.
• Provide daily site progress updates to the Project Manager or Operations Head.

Requirements:

• Strong technical knowledge in modular furniture installation and interior fit-outs.
• Ability to read and work from 2D layout drawings and basic 3D views.
• Good leadership and site coordination skills.
• Client-handling ability and issue resolution experience.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality finishes and timely delivery.
