Assistant Branch Manager/Educational Counsellor

Looking for candidate having sales experience and from Educational or Service Industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents on courses, colleges, and career options
• Conduct calls, follow-ups, and in-person counselling sessions
• Convert inquiries into admissions
• Maintain lead records and prepare basic reports
• Assist in organizing educational events and webinars
• To manage and run the institute as an independent profit centre.
• To plan and execute various sales & marketing activities for achieving admission targets.
• To promote the institute and its courses.
• To ensure proper handling of admission procedures.
• To maintain staff & student discipline.
• To interact with suppliers & vendors.
• To manage cash flows/receivables/payables.
• To strategize & undertake revenue generating activities.
• Tie-up with local colleges, schools, and tuition houses.
• To maintain files/records/databases.
• To know & study the general market, industry, & competition.
• Handle scheduling and appointment coordination for staff, students, and visitors.
• Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and correspondence for various departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
