Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager - MLAP in Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in managing teams and driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets and objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the BFSI industry.
Strong knowledge of mortgage loans and secured loan products.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
