Assistant Branch Manager

We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our education branch operations. You will be responsible for achieving admission targets, managing staff, ensuring discipline, and driving overall branch performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the branch team and ensure monthly admission targets are met.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Handle student inquiries, counseling, and course conversion.
• Manage and motivate the team for performance and discipline.
• Ensure timely fee collection and EMI follow-ups.
• Coordinate with head office and support marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or counseling role.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Goal-driven with strong organizational ability.
• Willingness to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to travel or transfer as per management need.
