Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales activities for tile adhesives, waterproofing products, and construction chemicals in the Mumbai region. Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and revenue growth through project sales and retail sales channels. Build strong relationships with customers, including architects, builders, contractors, and distributors to drive business development. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to customers on the use of our products such as epoxy resins, putties, grouts, etc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. Desired Candidate Profile 8-13 years of experience in area sales management or similar role in the building material industry (construction chemicals). MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution. Strong understanding of adhesives (tile adhesives), construction chemicals (epoxy), grouting systems (putty), resin systems.
