Assistant Architect

You will be joining a young startup with a small team, including the principal architect, as a Design Draftsman. Our firm specializes in Luxury homes, Commercial office spaces, group housing, and more. At our informal and dynamic workplace in East Delhi, Patparganj Industrial area, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects with a focus on continuous learning and growth. As an Interior Design Draftsman at our firm, you will collaborate with designers and architects to translate design concepts into detailed technical drawings. Your responsibilities will include developing preliminary design layouts, creating precise floor plans, elevations, and sections using CAD software, ensuring compliance with building codes, preparing material specifications, and coordinating with project stakeholders for seamless project execution. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. You must have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in interior design drafting, with a strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software. Site experience is essential, and familiarity with sustainable design practices is a plus. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are key traits we are looking for in potential candidates.
