Job Description

We are expecting to transition more payrolls to the Hub team in near future and require additional resource.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

  • You will be responsible for managing the relationship for new/existing locations for India.
  • Managing and administration of collating the inputs, reviewing the output, etc.
  • Checking of any anomalies in the payroll data versus myHr (Human Resource System) and taking appropriate actions.
  • Reviewing and posting of payroll journals i.e. GLs.
  • Preparing the necessary data
  • Work on different HR projects as necessary

Senior Manager, India Payroll Hub

Were looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

  • 1+ year of India payroll administration experience
  • Should have supported end to end payroll processing
  • Worked in a global environment preferred
  • Managing India Payroll
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, especially Excel
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Regular course)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong Communication skills as the person will be interacting with onshore teams.
