The Asset Servicing Analyst 1 role is a trainee professional position that requires a good knowledge of processes, procedures, and systems necessary to carry out assigned tasks. This involves revising communications, notifications, and facilitating postings for Corporate Action or Proxy events. Under general supervision, you will support a range of products/services and projects in accordance with established systems and procedures. Your tasks will focus on administering defined procedures, analyses, report preparation, and resolving problems that require investigation or research. You will perform multiple transactions of moderate complexity, applying analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools to identify process improvements. Your role also involves interpreting data, contributing to recommendations for process improvement, and minimizing risks to the bank through knowledge of procedural requirements. You should have a Bachelor's degree preferred, with at least 2+ years of related experience. Basic executional capabilities and increasing responsibilities are expected at this level. Knowledge of various investment instruments including Equity securities, Fixed Income, and Asset Backed securities is required. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Access, is desired. Success as a team player is crucial for this role. Your education should include a Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience. You will work in the Operations - Transaction Services job family group under the Asset Servicing job family on a full-time basis.
