Assembly Technician Electrical

As an Assembly Technician Electrical, you will be responsible for the electrical assembly of automated assembly machines, robotic projects & advanced technology products. Your role will involve troubleshooting and solving issues arising during assembly, providing alternate solutions and improvements, and working closely with QA/Controls engineers for testing of sub-assemblies and machines. It will be your responsibility to troubleshoot the equipment to enhance reliability and reduce MTBF, ensuring that the machine or automation solution is trouble-free before shipment to the customer. Additionally, you will need to log and report any defects or reliability issues to your supervisor, maintain the workbenches and assembly area in an orderly manner, assist with receiving and shipment of equipment, and comply with all safety protocols such as wearing safety glasses, safety shoes, and gloves as required. Long travels to customer sites for installation and commissioning of machines will be part of your job, where you will take responsibility for resolving any issues that may arise. Moreover, you will be expected to maintain a log of the work done and submit it to your supervisor at the end of each workday, travel to customer sites for servicing of machines and AMC's which may be located anywhere within India or abroad. Please note that currently, there are no accommodation facilities provided, but we can refer a few rooms available around the area. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund. The working schedule is during the day shift, and the role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in assembly, electrical panel wiring, and electrical machine wiring. A willingness to travel up to 75% of the time is essential for this role.
