Artist Manager

TheLiveShow is a leading platform for discovering and booking live musicians for weddings, private events, and corporate gigs. With 1200+ shows completed and a fast-growing artist network, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Artist Manager to help onboard, manage, and grow our talent pool. As an Artist Manager, your primary role will be to identify high-potential performers, evaluate their profiles, and support them through onboarding and readiness for bookings. You will play a key role in building trust with artists and maintaining strong relationships that result in successful gigs. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Discover and reach out to quality musicians and bands across India Evaluate artist videos, images, and presence to ensure platform standards Guide artists through the onboarding process, addressing any queries Help artists optimize their profiles for better visibility and bookings Maintain regular follow-ups and build long-term relationships Collaborate with internal teams (sales, content) to highlight top talent ✅ What We're Looking For: 1–2 years of experience in artist management, events, or talent scouting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of the live music scene and artist expectations Ability to manage multiple artists and timelines effectively Tech-savvy: Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic CRMs If you’re passionate about music and enjoy working closely with artists, this role is a chance to make a real impact in the live music industry.
