Art & Styling Consultant

You are a highly creative and culturally attuned Art & Styling Consultant responsible for leading the development of art concepts and styling direction for luxury hospitality projects. In this role, you will collaborate with interior designers, architects, and brand teams to create immersive guest experiences that are rooted in place, narrative, and mood. Your key responsibilities include developing bespoke art narratives that reflect the identity of the property, sourcing and curating original artworks, installations, and mixed media expressions, building mood boards and visual concepts, and commissioning custom artworks from concept to installation. Additionally, you will define styling language for guest rooms, public areas, and F&B spaces, curate decorative accessories and locally inspired accents, and ensure art and decor seamlessly integrate into the overall design scheme. You will also be responsible for interpreting client briefs, presenting mood boards and sample materials, managing timelines and budgets across multiple projects, supervising installation and on-site styling, and ensuring the final result matches the original vision. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelors or Masters in Fine Arts, Art History, Interior Styling, Design, or a related field, along with 4-6 years of experience in art consultancy, styling, or design direction, preferably in hospitality or luxury interiors. You should possess a strong aesthetic sensibility, excellent project management and communication skills, and experience working with artisans, fabricators, and suppliers across art and decor. Preferred traits for this role include a deep love for culture, craftsmanship, and storytelling through objects, flexibility, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, willingness to travel as needed for project reviews, sourcing, or styling installations, and a strong personal network of emerging and established artists, stylists, and vendors.,
