Managing relationship with Builders and DMA.
Recruitment, training and development of new channel partners.
Building and managing direct and indirect sourcing channels, Development of channels for provision of the highest level of service.
Manage mortgage loan sales through business development/networking opportunities.
Maintaining credit quality and overall cost control.
Ensure that all the rules regulations as well as policy guidelines of the company are implemented at the unit level.
