Lead and manage a team of 6 to 7 Sales Supervisors to drive sales performance and achieve targets. Establish and expand a robust distribution network within a short time frame. Develop and execute monthly and quarterly sales plans aligned with business goals. Monitor customer preferences and market trends to optimize sales strategies. Resolve customer and distributor complaints related to sales, service, and supply chain. Analyze competitor strategies and implement countermeasures to exceed sales targets. Ensure effective people management, mentoring, and performance tracking of the sales team. Maintain accurate operational records and review reports to assess profitability and sales projections. Coordinate with internal departments for advertising, logistics, and customer specifications. Determine pricing schedules, discount structures, and promotional offers. Drive business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities. Uphold process-driven sales and distribution practices for operational efficiency. Manage conflict resolution and foster strong customer relationships. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven leadership experience in FMCG sales, preferably in Telangana. Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience with a consistent track record of achieving sales targets. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and conflict management skills. Proficiency in sales forecasting, and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
