In this role, the ASM will be responsible for the business development of their respective areas. He will be responsible for creating strategies for expanding and developing. He will be responsible for the smooth functioning of the business. The role expects him to understand the ins and outs of business and enhance the companys revenue with values. Key Responsibilities 1. Responsible for driving sales nos & collection for allocated area of Professional lighting solutions. 2. Appointment of channel partners and nurturing business. 3. Brand approval from Govt. Authorities, Specifiers and customers. 4. Initiating and developing relationships with key decision makers in allocated area for business development. Handling complete sales cycle ensuring committed deliveries 6. New customer acquisition and increase SOW with existing customers. 7. Competition analysis (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Technology etc). DESIRED SKILLS Bachelors / Diploma degree. Minimum of 8-10 Years of relevant experience in sales within electrical industry/project sales. ¢ Proficiency with MS Office programs.
