As an Area Sales Manager specializing in Home Loan products, your primary responsibility will be to lead a team in facilitating the conversion of Home Loan and Mortgage leads into field appointments, ultimately resulting in successful loan disbursals. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with Banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) to ensure smooth operations and timely processing of loan applications within your designated area.
Experience Requirement: Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 year of experience in Home Loan and Mortgage operations, with proven experience in sales management.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Home Loan sales professionals to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.
Client Interaction: Support team members in meeting with loan applicants to understand their requirements, collect necessary information, and guide them through the loan application process.
Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with senior management to forecast sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them effectively.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
