Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ yrs of MedTech sales with 2+ yrs of People Management experience.
  • Expertise in Wound Closure products preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage corporate accounts, driving sales growth in the Hyderabad & Ludhiana region.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals.
  • Oversee sales of Wound Closure Products.
  • Build strong relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.
