Job Description

Zonal Sales Head

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

Network within communities to find and attract new business.
Review Sales Reports, leads generated, conversions etc.
Servicing BP, driving them to increase enrolments, profitability, etc.
Prospecting, Profiling, Appointments, Meetings, Needs Analysis, Pitching, Closing, Processing and Documentation, obtaining referrals and lead generation.
Infrastructure setup for BPs, Branding & Marketing Collaterals, Connectivity, IT & Software Setup, BP Staff Training, Documentation and Compliance.
Supporting BPs in increasing student enrolments by conducting seminars at colleges and providing training and knowledge support to the counsellors.
Regular interaction with BPs, meeting students when required, resolving BP complaints, handling exceptions tactfully.
