What You’ll Do The Technical Sales Manager will play a critical role in supporting the MTL Sales Leader to activate, accelerate, and amplify end-user engagement by promoting the MTL product range. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering (required); Master’s degree is a plus. 8–12 years of experience in technical sales, solution engineering, or application engineering in the industrial automation, instrumentation, or hazardous area equipment domain. Strong exposure to hazardous area equipment, intrinsically safe systems, signal conditioning, process control interfaces, or related technologies. Proven ability to engage and influence technical decision-makers in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Marine, Chemical, and similar industries. Familiarity with ATEX, IECEx, SIL, and other applicable industry standards. Skills Exposure to control systems (DCS/PLC) integration. Knowledge of hazardous area classification and wiring practices.
