Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, working drawings, and presentation drawings
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams on project design and execution
Ensure architectural designs comply with building codes, regulations, and client specifications
Participate in site visits to monitor progress and resolve architectural issues
Prepare submission drawings and documentation for approvals
Support project planning, BOQ preparation, and material specification documentation
Work closely with structural, MEP, and interior teams for design coordination
Create 2D/3D renderings, conceptual layouts, and design presentations
Maintain drawing records and design documentation

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institute
3–5 years of experience in architecture firms or real estate companies
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office
Strong knowledge of construction drawings, detailing, and materials
Good understanding of building bylaws, codes, and design standards
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
