Architectural Draftsman

We are looking for a skilled Architectural Draftsman to join our liaisoning team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architectural drafting and design, proficiency in CAD software, and a keen eye for detail. You will collaborate closely with architects and engineers to produce detailed architectural drawings, models, and plans. Your responsibilities will include preparing detailed architectural drawings and designs according to project specifications, collaborating with architects and project managers to develop design concepts, and revising drawings based on feedback and project scope changes. You will also ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards, create 3D models for project presentations, and maintain accurate project documentation in digital and physical formats. As the Architectural Draftsman, you will coordinate with engineers and construction teams to ensure design feasibility and stay updated on the latest design trends, software, and technologies in the architectural field. The preferred candidate should have knowledge of 3D modeling software such as SketchUp and Rhino, experience with sustainable design practices, and familiarity with project management software.
