Job Description

Job Title: Mid-Level Architect

Role Description

Mid-Level Architect

Qualification required

Bachelors degree or higher
in Architecture or related field.
24 years of professional experience
in residential or mixed-use projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
for 2D drawings, 3D modelling, and visualization.
Knowledge of
building codes and municipal approval processes (PMC, PMRDA)
.
Familiarity with rendering software (Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape) and Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
Strong communication and coordination skills for working with consultants, clients, and authorities.
Ability to
manage multiple tasks
under deadlines and work collaboratively with teams.
Awareness of sustainable design practices is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

?Design Development:
Create and develop concept designs, layouts, and space planning solutions.
Drawings & Documentation:
Prepare detailed working drawings, municipal drawings, and 3D visualizations.
Project Coordination:
Assist senior architects in project planning, liaising with consultants, and ensuring design intent is maintained.
Client & Authority Coordination:
Participate in client meetings, prepare presentations, and assist with approval processes.
Site Support:
Conduct periodic site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve design issues.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with junior architects, interns, and the design team to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
Reports & Presentations:
Prepare feasibility studies, design reports, and assist in budget planning stages.
