Architect (Residential Redevelopment)

As an Architect with 7+ years of experience, you will be a key player in leading design teams, managing client relationships, and overseeing all phases of the design process from concept development to construction administration. Your responsibilities will include leading the architectural design process from conceptualization to construction documentation. You will need to develop innovative and functional design solutions that meet project requirements and exceed client expectations. Collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and project team members is essential to understand project goals, objectives, and constraints. Managing multiple projects simultaneously will be part of your role, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards. Coordination with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to integrate architectural designs with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems is crucial. It will be your responsibility to conduct regular project meetings, site visits, and inspections to monitor progress and resolve any design or construction issues. You will also prepare and review construction documents, including architectural drawings, specifications, and material selections, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements. Additionally, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to junior architects and design team members is expected. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution and 7 to 14 years of experience in architectural design and project management. Experience in managing end-to-end redevelopment projects in Mumbai is preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite is required. Strong design skills and a portfolio demonstrating a range of project types and scales will be advantageous.
