Job Description: ArchitectLocation: Thane (Mumbai)Experience: 4-5 YearsWorking time : 10 am to 6.30 PM (3rd Saturday and all Sunday off)Salary : 40000 to 50000/- Per month Key Responsibilities:• Prepare and review architectural designs as per UDCPR, MIDC CDCPR, CIDCO, NAINA, MMRDA, NMRDA regulations.• Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building regulations, and approval processes.• Coordinate with authorities for approvals.• Design master plans, layouts, and building plans for industrial, hospitality, and warehousing projects.• Assist in the preparation of documents for approvals, subsidies, and incentives.• Use AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit for design and visualization.Qualifications & Skills:• B.Arch with 4-5 years of experience in industrial/infrastructure projects.• Knowledge of DCR, MIDC norms, and approval processes.• Experience in handling projects from concept to execution.
