As an Architect II - D365, you'll get to:

• Provide

  consulting services

  including discovery, design, build, deployment, test, pilot, documentation, and transition phases.
• Assist customers in

  resolving highly technical and complex problems

• Take responsibility as the

  technical representative of Insight within strategic accounts

  to develop strong client relationships and identify opportunities for Insight.
• Focus on maintaining

  80% chargeability

  through billing for solution design and transition to delivery.
• Develop your profile as a

  technical leader

  in an Insight specialist solution area.

What We're Looking For

• Experience:

• 8+ years of experience

  in a development or support role within a Microsoft environment.
• Substantial experience in technical roles within a Services environment.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expertise:

• Strong proficiency in

  MS Dynamics 365, Dataverse, D365 Customer Service

  .
• Extensive experience with

  CRM Configuration and Customization

  , including integration and data migration.
• Solid understanding of at least

  2 of the Dynamics 365 First Party Applications

  .

• Power Platform:

• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with

  Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, and Canvas Apps

  .
• Working knowledge with hands-on experience with

  Power BI, Power Pages, and AI Builder

  .
• Experience with the

  Power Platform Center of Excellence Toolkit

  .

• Development Background (Good to have):

  Experience in

  CSS, HTML, Sitecore, and Asp.net

  .

• Methodologies:

  Best practice and implementation experience with

  Application Lifecycle Management

  .

• Business Acumen:

  Ability to map clients business needs to Insight's technology solution offerings.

• Documentation & Communication:

• Ability to write quality high-level and detailed architectural diagrams, strategic roadmaps, and technical documentation that clearly communicate customer vision.
• Excellent written (documentation) and verbal communication skills.

• Interpersonal Skills:

  Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop robust client relationships.
