Exp : RERA, MOFA,FSI ,DRAFTING DESIGN MANDATORY. (Residential Projects )

JD : P-lines marking & making area statements of MOFA & RERA of all floor & unit plans. To start with initial FSI consumption and member’s wise tentative flat allotment checking with existing areas.To discuss with society for planning, revise planning and Finalise the planning as per their requirement and areas mentioned and also attend society meetings when required.To discuss with HOD ask him to address any deficiencies or deviations from the design.To make proper excel for area statement, with existing, % new area, purchase area and total carpet and Rera areas.To recommend changes in plans, parking and check plans received from consultants.To verify CFO, IOD AND Concession drawings and if any changes required to be changed and discussed with HOD.To discuss the initial typical plan with the Design architect and send them the proper option or ask them to initiate other options when required.To make & update MIS for operations and sales. Continuous education and training to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Check, maintain & work on working drawings and as-built drawings and documentation for future reference and maintenance. Continually improve skills and knowledge to provide the best architectural solutions.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
