Job Title: AR Caller - Fresher (Voice Process - Night Shift) Job Summary : An AR Caller is responsible for handling accounts receivable tasks, including following up on pending claims, resolving denials, and ensuring accurate documentation. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to start their career in the healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities: - Making outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status and follow-ups. - Resolving and reprocessing denied claims. - Documenting all calls and interactions comprehensively in the system. - Coordinating with internal teams for claim resolutions. - Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies. - Maintaining professionalism and customer service in phone interactions.
