Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our high-quality systems operate seamlessly. You will leverage your exceptional communication skills to provide clarity and support, while also utilizing your in-depth product knowledge to design effective resolutions for client challenges. Your role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and performance of our systems, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Linux.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Linux Operations.- Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve system and application issues.- Familiarity with scripting languages to automate tasks and improve efficiency.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Linux.- This position is based at our Gurugram office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
