Job Description

Job details & Key Responsibilities :

B-tech IT/Computer Science /MCA/PGDCA, with 5-6 years of experience.
Should have sound working knowledge of Application support, implementation, testing, integration between the applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve application related problems, software and patch update. Close coordination with the OEMs.
Current running applications, SAP, Ivalua, Oracle EPM, Solus, RPA-Bot, WeConnect(Inhouse).
Setting of Multifunctional Authentication, Single Sign On, Self Service Password Reset on azure AD identity to AWS. Setting up synching of hybrid AD.
SQL Server database backups and restore
Regular review of events, alerts, logs through event viewer, optimization of environment and permanent fixes.
Good Knowledge/understanding of Information policies, Business Requirement Document (BRD), Compliance.
Excellent written & verbal communication and relationship skills
