Roles & Responsibilities: • Responsible for providing functional and implementation support for PROS CPQ • Provide functional and implementation support for PROS CPQ • Configure products, manage options, and variations within the CPQ system • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through best practices and digital transformation in PROS CPQ • Suggest diGerent solutions leveraging out of the box PROS CPQ capabilities. • Experience of working in Classic CPQ modules like Product Catalog, Business Properties, Guided Selling, Configuration Process • Assist in overcoming functional / technical changes through configuration / customization. • Support to provide high-level/detailed estimates for the implementation. Technical Skills: • 3 + years experience working with PROS Smart Configure Price Quote (CPQ) • Knowledge of other Pricing & CPQ tools like PriceFx, CONGA, SFDC CPQ, Zilliant, PROS, Vendavo, SAP/Oracle Pricing, Callidus are a plus. • Certification in PROS Smart CPQ is a must • Should have a good understanding of the Quote to Cash process

Own the sales target for all programs assigned to him/ her Ensure monthly/ quarterly/ annual sales targets are met for all products assigned to him/ her. Work closely with the marketing teams pre and post launch of new programmes for sharing insights, suggestions and with other departments as may be needed Interact with Senior and Mid-level working professionals in a consultative manner whenever support is needed by the team for closures Check and improve lead conversion metrics - lead/ application, lead/ enrolment, application/ enrolment and other metrics like talk time, avg. dialects/ connects, etc. Ensure high incentive penetration every month for TLs and advisors mapped to him/ her Ensure old leads reactivation and referrals contribution for all programmes are met as per planned numbers Ensure information provided by the learners are correct and authentic Travel occasionally as may be needed for meeting teams or to participate in events or other business requirements Ensure accuracy of all information and interactions in CRM Leverage the dashboards for measuring performance on a daily basis Identify training and learning gaps in the team and fill these gaps Undertake projects for process improvement Assess competition products, enable the team with objection handling/ rebuttals Job Requirement 7+ years of experience in inside sales. Experience in edtech industry will be an added advantage. Should have managed a Team Leaders and a span of > 30 advisors Understanding of business matrices and revenue numbers
