You will be responsible for overseeing the project and ensuring its successful completion. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead the team in implementing best practices Ensure timely delivery of project milestones Mentor junior team members Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle SOA OSB Strong understanding of integration technologies Experience in designing and implementing SOA solutions Knowledge of Oracle Service Bus (OSB) Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning Experience in leading and managing development teams Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle SOA OSB This position is based at our Pune office A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
