Your typical day will revolve around creating innovative solutions to address business needs and ensuring seamless application functionality. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead the team in implementing efficient Master Data Management solutions- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure data accuracy and integrity- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in MDM Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Master Data Management (MDM)- Strong understanding of data governance principles- Experience in data modeling and data quality management- Knowledge of data integration tools and techniques- Good To Have Skills: Experience with data governance frameworks Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM)- This position is based at our Bengaluru office- A 15 years full time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
