Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translating them into functional design solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements. - Design and develop applications that align with business processes and application requirements. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure successful application design. - Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure application design meets quality standards. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance application design capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management. - Strong understanding of IT operations management principles. - Experience in designing and implementing IT service management solutions. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices. - Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
