You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of solutions. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead design discussions and provide innovative solutions- Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday US Payroll, Mandatory to have Workday Related certification- Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations- Experience in designing and implementing Workday US Payroll solutions- Knowledge of integration tools and techniques for Workday- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday US Payroll- This position is based at our Bengaluru office- A mandatory to have Workday Related certification is required Qualification Mandatory to have Workday Related certification15 years full time education
