Job Description

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and profitability
  • Lead, train, and motivate the store team to meet sales and customer service targets
  • Drive customer engagement and ensure a premium shopping experience
  • Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
  • Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control
  • Handle store P&L, budgeting, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with brand SOPs, policies, and audit requirements
  • Build strong local customer and community relationships to boost footfall

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
