Primary Skill Ansible Automation Engineering Must-Have Skills Hands-on experience authoring Ansible roles and playbooks for enterprise systems Strong Python scripting ability for custom modules, validation hooks, and CLI helpers Deep familiarity with Ansible Tower/AWX: job templates, workflow templates, surveys, and RBAC Solid understanding of Linux (RHEL/Debian) administration and system facts gathering Experience validating roles with Molecule, plus linting via yamllint and unit tests via pytest Comfort packaging and publishing Ansible collections to Galaxy and integrating into CI pipelines Good working knowledge of PostgreSQL ecosystem-configuration tuning via Ansible facts Excellent collaboration skills for working across offshore/onshore teams and with Google stakeholders
