The candidate understands what the limitations of the platform are and can design and implement additional services or help optimize existing ones to meet the product requirements. The ideal candidate: Has in-depth expertise working with Android system Independently lead complex technical initiatives within your team Good understanding of Multimedia domain and associated technologies Hands on experience in linux kernel, drivers and BSPs Profiency in C++, Java, Kotlin, Rust. Mentor and lead developers by cultivating curiosity and deep technical understanding Explore technical needs and bring solutions to the table Work with other lead engineers to develop a unified technical strategy for Android A day in the life In a typical day, you work closely with FireTV developers, SoC vendors, ODMs, Hardware team, and technical program managers to create new features, optimizing related issues, and deliver customer loving high quality smart TV products on time.
