Job Description

The primary purpose of the job is to drive exceptional volume and revenue performance by acquiring and engaging with DBS Treasures clients with a total relationship value of INR 30 lakhs or more. This involves adopting a need-based approach to ensure client coverage, product penetration, cross-selling, and up-selling of DBS products and services. Key responsibilities include acquiring and upgrading quality Treasures clients, deepening wallet share with existing customers, achieving annual volume and revenue objectives, and ensuring growth in the savings book and loan book. The role also involves implementing product strategies effectively, building client trust and loyalty, delivering exemplary customer service, and ensuring internal and regulatory compliance. Specific duties include managing and growing the total relationship value of elite Treasures clients, engaging with specialists for portfolio reviews, maintaining knowledge of products and services, resolving customer queries and complaints promptly, providing feedback on market trends, competition, and suggesting innovations for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding of financial planning and wealth management products in India, in-depth knowledge of the local market and competition, and relevant certifications such as AMFI, IRDAI, FEDAI, and BCSBI. A graduate or postgraduate degree with an MBA in a relevant field is preferred. Core competencies for this role include effective probing and listening skills, strong relationship management and influencing abilities, self-drive and ambition, good written and verbal communication skills, results-oriented mindset, analytical skills, competitive positioning understanding, and a strong service orientation.
